probably-not-going-to-see-you-again-before-you-leave

Today, I started getting probably-not-going-to-see-you-again-before-you-leave hugs. It's very sad. Deep Root has closed its doors for the time being. We're simply closed for rennovation. And when we're back in business "Deep Root 2.0" will have even more to offer: primarily, Thai Massage. The principle of Deep Root is to combine the benefits of both yoga and massage; Thai Massage is the pinnacle of this philosophy. Through passive, assisted stretching, the techniques of Thai Massage simultaneously address muscles, connective tissue and joints. Fully clothed, the client lies on a mat on the floor as the therapist prods and stretches using not only hands but also elbows, forearms, knees and feet. Thai massage has taken off across the U.S. over the past twelve years. Among the many benefits of Thai Massage are the following: detixified and boosted immune system, increased circulation and decreased blood pressure, increased flexibility, improved posture and athletic performance. Thai Massage has proven to relieve suffering from arthritis, back pain, and chronic joint disorders. And beyond the physical realm, some claim that Thai Massage has helped to prevent illnes, alleviate degenerative diseases, and decellerate the aging process as well as build emotional balance, foster mental clarity, reduce anxiety, boost energy, develop discipline, and achieve better health and increased vitality. So, look forward to Springtime when you can book your first Deep Root Thai Massage.
